ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS
We kindly ask that team accommodation requests be sent to sappada@travelone.it by August 31st, 2025.
ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS
Accommodation options (hotels and apartments) will be held until September 30th, 2025.
Important note: A supplement will apply for DUS rooms (Double Use Single) and for apartments occupied exclusively by one person.
ROOMING LIST & CHECK-IN
By January 7th, 2026, please provide a complete list of participants, including:
- Full names
- Arrival details
- Room distribution (rooming list)
PAYMENT TERMS
To confirm your reservation:
- A 30% deposit is required by October 31st, 2025.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before arrival, or upon arrival if previously agreed with the Local Organizing Committee.
CITY TAX
A city tax of approximately €2 per person per night must be paid on site, directly to the hotel or apartment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Name changes are accepted at any time.
- Cancellations made by December 31st, 2025: Up to 20% of the total reserved bookings may be canceled free of charge.
- Cancellations from January 1st, 2026 to 8 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows: 100% cancellation fee.
